Booking Policy
In order to book a
trip, contact me and we will come up with a suitable trip based on
your needs. I will help you design the trip of your dreams that
will be both challenging and rewarding. My experience will help
in choosing appropriate trips for you. Once we have decided on
the trip, I will put together an information package which will break
down the costs, list the itinerary and schedule, as well as overview
any other pertinent information. A 50% non refundable deposit is
required to book a trip. Once I have received the deposit, the
trip will be confirmed. The balance of the trip cost is due
before the start of the trip. Payment

Cancellations
Once the trip has been confirmed and scheduled
by my receipt of the deposit, any cancellations on the clients part
will result in the loss of the deposit.
